Eric Shulenberger

Eric joined Veritable’s fixed income and trading group in 2005 and was elected to the partnership in 2016. Cool under fire, he helped Veritable navigate the volatile markets of the Great Recession as a taxable bond trader. Today, Eric is actively involved in day-to-day trading and fixed income strategy formulation for the firm as well as overseeing our tax-enhanced equity indexing efforts. Eric has a ‘do whatever it takes’ work ethic. He arrives early and leaves late, takes lunch at his desk, and spends his day haggling with the dozens of bond and equity brokers that compete for our clients’ trading needs. Eric graduated summa cum laude with a BS in Business Administration from Shippensburg University where he majored in Finance and Economics. He is an avid sports fan with an encyclopedic knowledge of the Phillies, Eagles, and Sixers. He and his wife Shannon stay busy with their two active kids.
